Our all-inclusive first-year Ortho-K program is priced according to prescription and fitting complexity. The program covers custom lenses and first-year follow-up care. Your office will explain the final quote and program terms before treatment.
$750 annual renewal
Ongoing care and lens renewal are part of long-term Ortho-K treatment. Budget for the annual renewal and ask the office how replacement lenses, loss or damage, and any supplies are handled under your program.
Insurance and financing
Insurance acceptance for routine eye care does not establish coverage for Ortho-K. Ask your plan and our office about your specific benefits. CareCredit information is available through our financing page; approval and payment terms are determined by the lender.

Know the terms before ordering
We usually start with a routine eye exam, often covered by insurance or available as a self-pay visit. Confirm your plan benefits and exam cost before the visit. Ortho-K treatment itself is not covered by insurance, but you can use FSA or HSA funds toward treatment. We will explain your treatment quote, included services and any separately purchased care supplies before starting.
Lost or broken lens replacement
Replacement lenses for lost or broken Ortho-K lenses are $300 per lens. Contact your office to arrange a replacement and discuss backup correction while you wait.
